- Liason between the builder and the home owner
- Consult with the home owner regarding modifications to house plans
- Assist with the selection of new finishes
- Provide custom design services for upgrades to cabinetry millwork
- Assist with the selection of new furniture, lighting and artwork
- Advise and implement renovation
Commercial:
- Provide all phases of the design process including programming,
schematic design, design development, construction documentation
and contract administration
- Prepare and monitor construction schedules and budgets
- Space planning and analysis
- Inventory of existing furnishings
- Selection of furnishings, fixtures and equipment
- Prepare electronic documents in AutoCAD
